Le Concert Olympique is a new orchestra aiming to create music of the highest level with a unique, contemporary musical experience based on historical insights and a quest for beauty.

The Book

Beethoven. Een biografie, published in 2009, is the result of 20 years of research and 5 years of editing by conductor and musicologist Jan Caeyers. This biography is now considered worldwide to be the reference work on Beethoven. 

The Experience

Experience Beethoven in breadth and depth. Le Concert Olympique offers a gamut of Beethoven experiences: from music, lectures to literature, through audio and visual material. In addition, you can keep up to date with the ins and outs of the orchestra through social media.

Due to the extension of the measures about COVID-19, all concerts in April in Leuven, Antwerp, Brussels, Hasselt and Berlin have been canceled.

17 October, 2019

On 8 December 2019 Le Concert Olympique will open the Beethoven year with an exceptional concert at deSingel in Antwerp.
